Michael has over 20 years of experience dealing with information governance and privacy-related questions. His past experience includes serving as a member of the federal Department of Justice, a partner at a national law firm and as Vice-President, Privacy and Security at an Ontario Crown Agency. He has also been recognized as one of the 2024 Best Lawyers in Canada for both Information Technology Law and Data Privacy & Security Law.
